The day before we headed downtown Richmond to take their engagement portraits Marianne shared that she and Mike were so 'blissfully in love' that she couldn't wait for her engagement session so she'd have images to document that love.

We had the best time wandering thru Shockoe Bottom and up to the Capitol. Marianne looked gorgeous, and the light was absolutely perfect. I'm so looking forward to shooting their wedding in the spring!
