McKenzie and Nick had such a lovely day in September for their Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden Wedding Ceremony at the Rose Garden!

These two share a bond of playing online video games, and that's how they met! Their friends thought it would be great for them to meet up, so McKenzie's family beach house in Delaware was the perfect spot. After a drive through Shenandoah National Park, Nick asked for her hand in marriage!

They spent the morning of their wedding downtown Richmond at the Jefferson Hotel, which made for the perfect spot for McKenzie and her bridesmaids to get ready. It was a pleasure to have the most adorable guests with us, the couple’s pups, Ginny and Mochi! Seeing them by her side as she became a beautiful bride was adorable.

McKenzie received a pair of earrings from her aunt as her something borrowed item. These earrings were gifted to her aunt by her grandmother on her wedding day! Her Opa was sweet enough to give Nick his cufflinks for their wedding day. Initially, these cufflinks belonged to Opa's brother on his wedding day. It is always wonderful to see the unique items passed down on a wedding day. What meaningful gifts!

McKenzie looked absolutely stunning in her Ava Laurenne Bride wedding gown, with a beautiful lace bodice and off-the-shoulder chiffon sleeves that the bride custom-added to the gown. McKenzie wore beautiful Italian designer shoes. Nick wore a light gray suit paired with a tie with soft pink flowers. The ties all matched the bridesmaids’ dresses perfectly!

No matter the season, Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden is stunning! They couldn't have picked a better wedding date than their ceremony in the Rose Garden. All the roses were in full bloom, making this space even more dreamy!

There was a beautiful ambiance in the Robins Room, where they held their reception. This location is classic, with minimal decor needed. The room is highlighted with blue and bright white hues and adorned with classic tableware, blue goblets, and blue and white florals.

Following the evening's festivities, their loved ones lined up for their grand exit. They walked through a tunnel of bubbles and joys of celebration!

Congratulations, Nick and McKenzie! I adored being part of your wedding day. I wish you all the very best for a fun and loving future together!
