Virginia Elopement Photography in Reston

Katie + Marcello’s Virginia elopement was so beautiful! The couple was forced to reschedule their Congressional Country Club wedding after the coronavirus pandemic sent our world into quarantine. But you can’t cancel love, and these two are proof! While they still plan to gather to celebrate this fall, they just couldn’t wait to say, ‘I do!’

The couple wanted to share a bright, happy moment in the middle of this crazy season. So they decided to hold their ceremony on the anniversary that was important to the couple’s history!

They shared a First Look and then signed the Ketubah before inviting all their guests to witness their wedding ceremony via a Facebook Live video from the safety of their own sofas.

They married outside on a sunny spring day on a deck decorated with beautiful blush floral arrangements and two large tulle covered containers of cherry blossom limbs!

Katie had everyone in tears when she stunningly sang ‘Make You Feel My Love.’ Scroll down and see how Marcello looks at her while she was singing!

After the ceremony, they invited their virtual guests to join them in a mini-dance party to a music playlist provided by their DJ.

It may not have been the day they initially planned, but it could not have been more perfect!
