Williamsburg Inn Wedding Engagement Photos

Stephanie and William are planning a wedding at Laurel Lake Vineyards in New York near where their families live now. But they decided they wanted Virginia engagement photos while they’re living here and so we met up for their Williamsburg Inn engagement photos in Colonial Williamsburg!

Stephanie is living in the Virginia Beach area as she finishes her final year at Eastern Virginia Medical School, and Will moved from NY to Northern Virginia for his job to be closer to Stephanie while she’s in school. That puts them about three hours apart, so they often meet up in Richmond or Williamsburg on the weekends to see each other.

On this day, it was a little windy and definitely cold, but Stephanie was such a trooper in her beautiful cream lace tea-length dress and strappy heels!

After we explored the beautiful grounds at the Williamsburg Inn, the couple changed into some warmer fall outfits and we headed over to Colonial Williamsburg to grab a few more photos. We couldn’t have asked for a prettier fall day for their Virginia engagement photo session!

I loved getting to know the couple better during our time together and couldn’t wait to come home and start editing their photos!
