What do you get when you combine the bride’s love of Harry Potter and Christmas, the groom’s love of Star Wars with an epic historic location? A Virginia House bridal portrait session that is beautifully unique!

Kristen loves all things Harry Potter and she came to her bridal portrait session with several of her beloved books. Several of the books were editions featuring the books in different languages.

Since her groom, Mike, is a huge Star Wars fan, she also had a little nod to his passion with her that day. She wore custom BB8 droid Star Wars shoes tucked under her beautiful wedding gown!

The Virginia House definitely has some castle vibes of its own, which made for the perfect backdrop for this bridal portrait session. I love the first photo of Kristen reading in the window! It reminds me of a classic old-world painting!
