Northern Neck Photos | Engagement Session in Farnham

I had a great time exploring this beautiful property in the Northern Neck for Lauren and Austin’s Virginia engagement photos!

After a week of non-stop dreary, rainy days, the sun popped out for a gorgeous day for us to enjoy. Their two eager pups even joined us for part of the session (because dogs are always a bonus during an engagement session!)

These two went to sister Catholic schools in Richmond and graduated the same year. Though their paths crossed many times, they didn’t actually meet until one Memorial Day when Lauren went to Sandbridge Beach with her best friend from college. They were staying at her friend’s godparents’ house—and who would the godparents end up being? Austin’s parents! So Austin and Lauren met the first day of that weekend, and soon they’ll be heading back to where it all started to say their ‘I Dos!’

I love that Lauren & Austin chose a location that was special to them not just for their wedding, but for their engagement session, too. And I can see why they love this spot so much—it’s so beautiful!

I’m so excited to see these two again this fall for their Sandbridge Beach wedding!
